“When you initially break up with somebody, you’re mind is telling you that, ‘Okay, I’m going to be okay,’ but then you’re heart’s like, ‘No, you’re not going to be, you don’t know what to do.’ It’s like, ‘why am I feeling this way.?’ “
Society has conditioned us to laugh at appropriate times. When you can laughing at inappropriate times be helpful? Research laughter and describe your findings.
“Accepting it and letting it run through, and so, that was really a journey and a challenge for myself to be able to experience all these emotions and let them go through rather than suppress them, and learn how to work through it.”
