Hypnotherapist, Laughter Yoga instructor, and multimedia enthusiast Indy Rishi discovered a new way of living after a woman three years his senior broke his heart. While training in Ayurvedic medicine and laughter medicine, he was able to control his reaction to the news of her affair through laughter.
