The Love Story behind “Sweet Love”

Meet Dan Vega

After years of covering classic rock and pop songs for a living, Dan Vega broke open as a solo artist when he fell love in with his twin flame, River. As examples of that love, Dan wrote; “Sweet Love,” “Can’t Get Enough,” and “River.”  Additionally, Dan shares his struggles of mastering self-love whilst dancing in the twin flame dynamic of loving.
Most of us lived through watching someone we love pick someone else. Maybe it’s our “soulmate,” or “twin flame.” Potentially we are left broken hearted from that. The love that inspired “Sweet Love” also taught Dan how to overcome that exact heartache.
“I always hold onto knowing we are never really separate from them, they’re always connected to us. Our higher selves are our one already. Whatever they’re [twin flames] experiencing…they are learning, their soul is learning necessary lessons.”
Even so, Dan guarded his heart when she returned. As a result, he felt abandoned and researched the pattern he faced with their relationship. Thus Dan’s exposure to Twin Flames. Consequently, causing growth. Through this transformative love Dan became a whole person who focuses on himself and his needs.
