What is a curse?

A curse is a life-lie acted out based on a shadow one carries projected onto another person.

Curses are elusive, slippery, and hard to locate.

Shadows that are Noble (Based on the Truth) are simpler to locate because truth has a higher vibrational frequency than lies.

One can discover one’s own curses by locating one’s noble shadow statements, some of which can be extracted by the resonations one has received during the mirror darkly journaling sessions, then creating the inverse of that noble shadow statement to discover what the curse statement is that one is currently living under.
